Enforcement and Legal Proceedings: Should it become necessary for Greatresumenow to retain an attorney or initiate legal proceedings for collection, the client agrees to bear the reasonable costs associated with enforcement. The laws of the state of Michigan shall govern the enforcement of this contract.

We encourage clients to utilize all available means, such as job search strategies, referrals, networking, LinkedIn, and business meetings, to enhance their employment prospects. In case of dissatisfaction with the resume, clients can contact their assigned writer or client care coordinator to discuss the next steps. Our high referral rate reflects our commitment to client satisfaction.

Liability:

Greatresumenow and its affiliates will not be liable to you, whether under the law of contract, the law of torts, or otherwise, for any indirect, special, or consequential loss. This includes business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits, anticipated savings, contracts, business relationships, reputation, goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.
